The forum will include discussions on the Environmental and Economical Impacts
of Navistar's proposed heavy industrial Diesel Engine & Truck Testing Facility in Lisle, with a focus on
the Increased Property Tax Impact of the recent tax appeal and proposed TIF on
the local taxing bodies.
